I don't know about the actual store but the repair shop is a different story. Things have changed there within the last year. Customer service and satisfaction are out the window and it's all about money. On top of that I took a 6m conn alto saxophone to them and over two years spent over $500 for them to fix and finally to it to a real professional who guaranteed me he would get it sounding right the first time.

JKEAA is fantastic. I've been going to them since he was working out of his garage. Friendly and professional service and sales. I bought my daughters flute from them and now in process of buying a silver intermediate flute she can take to high school.



Their store is great and they have everything we need. Repairs are reasonable and professionally done. I'm glad I've joined their reward program.

I traveled from Venice beach to purchase a professional saxophone at a killer price. I've been searching online for awhile and discovered JKEAA music which ended my search. Not only are there great prices,woodwind/brass horns-accessories,staff members but have a repair shop. The owner is a fantastic repairman which are hard to find these days. I've been living in Los Angeles for 12 years and finally found my top repairman...located at JKEAA music. Thanks JKEAA Music for a wonderful horn and awesome customer service!

Just found these guys while driving down Van Buren...what an awesome store! I found the java reeds I use in jazz band and the price was good, plus the workers seemed friendly too. I'm glad that there's finally a shop around here (Woodcrest) so I don't have to drive so far for this stuff anymore!
