This facility rocks, the animals are well cared for, the place is clean and huge too, the staff was so fantastic as well, very friendly and made us feel welcome and were very helpful. we went there searching for a cat and found the perfect cat for our family, as a matter of fact, this cat is the most affectionate cat we have ever owned!

Response to requests for Animal Control in the Mira Loma, unincorporated area of Riverside is terrible. I love animals as I'm sure they do but neglecting to respond to requests is unacceptable. On several occasions they have stated they will not come out until we the home owner contain the animal. Aggressive animals that are loose in the neighborhood is not the responsibility of the community it is Animal Control's.

I have had trouble getting your agency to respond to requests for animal control in our area. The employees that answer the phones say that we the home owner need to contain the animal first before they will call animal control to come out. There are loose dogs in the area that are aggressive and will chase you down if you even try to walk in the area. After several attempts to have animal control come out I have been asking to speak with the manager on duty. I am then put on hold indefinitely. I have asked to who I am speaking to and every time they will only give their last name. In my opinion your agency is not doing its job. When people refuse to give their last name it���s a sign that poor employee performance is accepted. They are used to getting away with things if they don't give their last name.
