My mother's case manager recently left. She was extremely helpful, attentive, and informative. Now I can't get a hold of anyone. I don't know what I'm going to do about my mother's applications. This organization went from 5 stars to 1 in a matter of days.

Unprofessional. Sad to know that the State funds this organization. Voice mails never returned. Manager yells at seniors.
