Frith Ellerman & Davis Law Firm is dedicated to serving individuals in Virginia and West Virginia. Clients will get to know at least two of our attorneys as their cases progress. We handle each case with a team approach, so someone will always be able to update you on your case. Frith Ellerman & Davis Law Firm, PC is a specialty law firm offering skilled representation to clients with medical malpractice needs in the following areas: physician negligence, medication errors, nursing negligence, and wrongful death cases. We have represented Virginians against physicians, hospitals, nurses and other medical providers. Nursing home negligence and abuse, can sadly take many forms: medication errors, falls, pressure ulcers (bed sores), malnutrition, dehydration, etc. BUSINESS LITIGATION Our business litigation practice is focused on representing employees fighting unfair non-competition and non-solicitation provisions in employment agreements. We also assist clients defending business tort claims from their former employers, such as tortious interference, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, etc. We pride ourselves on the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the legal services we provide.
