Horrible, results not sent to Dr or me. Cannot speak to live person. DO NOT use. I guess service not claim to fame but Cheap is.

The tech who was to draw my blood came up the hall carrying some forms, dropped those at front office, picked up some other materials and came into my room. She did not wash her hands. She then handled the materials to draw my blood. I asked her to please wash her hands. She seemed very put-out with that request, even though they are universal precautions. She stared at the sink, then went to the office and asked where there was soap and a sink she could use?



She then went all the way to the back of the suite and I could hear what sounded like water running in a utility closet sink. HUH?



I got the attention of the person working at the front counter, and asked why there was no soap in my room, and if this tech was new since she had no clue where anything was in this office.



The front desk person said she was not new but new to this office. She came in to my room, monkeyed with the soap dispenser which apparently was empty, then brought in the Purell hand sanitizer from the front window to wash her hands with prior to drawing my blood.



REALLY? Does Quest ever check on these things (soap and water available in rooms, training the staff to wash hands after handling paperwork from other patients, universal precautions, etc) to enable the staff not to pass infections?
