Hello Nijole, As it was previously explained, customers who self-pin their clothing will often imagine the clothing to look a certain way due to their inexperience. The dress was brought in to the store with only a single pin by you. We trusted you, like many of our customers who come to our store with their clothing self-pinned, would understand the risks of pining their own clothing and not having it professionally consulted/pinned (which we do for free). We then used the length pinned as a guide to cut the dress according to your single measurement. We save all of our scrap pieces, especially for those articles of clothing that we do not pin/measure at our store. The accusation that we cut crooked and then tried to trim/doctor the scrap pieces in anticipation of your complaint is absurd and completely false. The accusation that we would not fix or give you a refund is also a total lie. We not only offered you a FULL refund of our services, we even offered to fix the dress completely for FREE. You had REFUSED numerous times to even try on the dress so that we could not even verify the length/hem of the dress. The dress was left on the hanger during our entire conversation so we can't even say your claims of a crooked hem line are even true. We even offered to explain the process to another seamstress of your choosing at another business to appease your lack of understanding to prove our experience and high-quality work. Unfortunately, you refused the refund, refused the free clothing alteration services, and even refused to let us talk to the seamstress of your choosing once we had agreed to do it. We take pride in the longevity we have experienced in this business and amicable resolution for nearly all customers who are initially unhappy. Once we explain all of this to our customers, they come back to us better educated, empowered and happy with our services.
