I was very satisfied with the service I received. The technicians were very friendly. I brought my computer to them in a completely unworkable state. I thought for sure I lost all of my stuff. They had it working like new within a day and most importantly all of my data was saved! They charged me just a fraction of what I expected to pay.

Bar none, the worst computer repair experience I have ever had. It's true you get what you pay for. It took them several days and several hundred bucks to wipe off my hard drive, the solution to ridding it of a virus. Not only did they forget to reinstall my wireless drivers, they somehow didn't manage to reinstall MS Office. They were nearly impossible to reach by phone, which isn't a great thing when you don't have access to email.Avoid this place!

Our computer was barely running. We brought it in and it was finished the next day. It is now running like band new. The staff was very friendly and the price was great.
