I have always had a fear of the dentist, but not anymore! Hands down the best experience that I have ever had at the dentist! I loved the way the staff made me feel and the warm neck pillow. I never felt pressured to do anything that was unnecessary and felt that all the concerns about my teeth were addressed. Thanks Circle Drive Dental!

I had a wonderful experience at Circle Drive Dental! When I first walked in I was welcomed with smiles and hellos. I only had to wait a few minutes because my hygienist came up to me and greeted me and walked me back to the room. I was offered a warm neck roll along with watching any channel on the flat screen TV. I felt comfortable throughout my entire cleaning, and the doctor was really helpful and explained all of my questions very well. I felt as if I knew exactly what was going on. I can't WAIT for my next cleaning!

My family and I are new to Rochester. I thought I'd never find an office that was as kind and caring as my past Dentist. From the first phone call I new I had picked the right office. Thanks to all the kind and caring staff, my experience was great.

Thanks to all the staff at Circle Drive Dental for a most pleasant visit. It had been some time since my last visit to a dental office and I was very apprehensive to go. Thanks to the kind, caring and knowledgeable staff I will not dread going for my 6 month visit. Oh, I almost forgot, the best part was when they offered me a warm neck roll!!! Even guys liked to be pampered!!!! I will refer all my friends.

My crown fell out on a Friday. I called Monday morning and they couldn't see me until Thursday. After dumping money on x-rays, they told me they couldn't get me in until 45 days later. They wouldn't put a temp. crown in because I had put an over the counter one in to get me by for the weekend( which crumbled away every time I ate) I was worried about infection, getting stuff stuck in there, etc.- which has happened to me on a different tooth- and they just ignored my concerns saying that it never happens and that I would be fine.I scheduled an appointment with my old dentist( an hour and a half drive away) and have all of the appointments scheduled and will have a new crown completely installed before Circle Drive could even get me in for a fitting. BTW-Circle drive is the office that put this crown in, which never settled well in the socket, was always sensitve after a meal, and I had to have viconin after they put it in- which was perscribed over the phone when i wanted to go back in
