Roger came out 20 minutes from calling him. He worked through the rain and got a very large tree off my roof and completely removed the debris. They cleaned up my roof and the site. There were a lot of obstacles including power lines a gazebo and fence. They didnt damage anything. I cant imagine someone doing a better job. Highly recommended.
Rogers Tree Service was hired on December 11, 2017, to trim branches on some trees in a mobile home park where I live. Roger was going up in the bucket to do the trimming and had 2 helpers on the ground who were supposed to be watching to make sure he didn't come into contact with live power lines close to the tree. Apparently, the helpers weren't paying attention (this is according to what Roger told the person whose yard the tree was in), and the bucket hit the power line and knocked it down. The line whipped down, hitting and destroying 2 cars on its way to my home. The tires on those cars were actually melted into the pavement. The live line landed across my car, burning a hole in the roof and burned up the engine. Because I had a block heater in my car plugged into an exterior outlet at the time, it also burned out all of the electrical systems in my mobile home, leaving walls blackened, burn holes in the carpets where surge protectors were laying with all my electronics plugged into in various rooms of the home. I was home at the time, and a bolt of electricity came shooting out of a bathroom door about 6 inches in front of me. As a result, both my car and home are both a total loss. I realize how lucky I am to be alive; but I can't help but feel incredibly angry. Negligence by Rogers Tree Service has left me homeless and without a car of my own. To date I have had no apology from Roger, and his insurance company is located in Virginia with no offices or agents around here. They had to hire an adjuster from nearly 3 hours away just to come and take a look at things. And, they are certainly in no hurry to move things along in a timely fashion. It's below 0 degrees here now and everything in my home is frozen, and they've made no attempt to remove things to preserve them. Would I ever hire Rogers Tree Service - a resounding NO - and I wouldn't advise anyone else to either.
I was diagnosed with asthma. My lovely neighbors have two young boys and they two have asthma. I have a Black wall nut tree in my back yard. I doing research, I have found that the black walnut tree is NOT healthy to have if you have asthma. Also the nuts are poisonous to dogs and horses. Having gone on line and done much research I needed to have he tree removed. I called many of ROchester's tree services. I chose Roger's. Not only did he come out on Saturday but after looking at the tree and hearing of my medical challange, he had his two fine professionals out within the hour to begin the removal . Roger's Tree Service's price was fair...but the total professionalism that he and his team exhibited enourages me to share my findings with others. The add the company has in the yellow pages depicts their many services. They also have a cell number and can help out in an emergency. Not only did they take the tree down, but they raked, and tarped all of the trimmings and even took their high powered blower and removed all of the sawdust. Could not ask for a neater site , I recommend Roger's Tree Service for any of the services they can and will do for you and your needs year round.. Professionalism at its best.
