I would not use this location for shipping services. This staff didn't know how to even ship a simple package. I can't wait for the Rochester Staples to have USPS at there location.

The phone number does not work. It says "Pauline's voicemail if full and we are transferring to a valid attendant" . Then it says no attendant can be found! I've tried multiple days, time of day and it is clearly a wrong number.
