This compay was very unprofessionl, rude and disrespectful. The women in particular that work there are so rude its astonishing. They act as if tehya re doing you a favor in speaking with you. And this review comes after numberous calls to fix an issue that occured nearly a month ago. I work for a dealership and deal with insurance companies daily and i was so taken back that i had to stop and write tis review. Very bad customer service and poor company to do business with. Please consider taking your insurance needs elsewhere or you to may be writng a similar review.
