I need this guy to come and fix the mess he made. It was the middle of the night and my system completely shut down. It used to work perfectly but I wanted to upgrade to a new system because I am putting my house on the market. After an hour and a half of him hanging up on me, I finally got his wife or someone who spoke english .. I told her the problem and I got it fixed ... three days and a half later .... by another company ... he never showed. Never again. I should take him to court.

Worst company to call .... not professional at all. First and for most there is a serious language barrier. No attention to detail and poor installation. Bad prices for what you get. Oh, yeah ... if you tell someone you will be there at a certain time make sure you are there and also took 2 days longer to finish than told.

I was not happy with the furnace install from LA heating and cooling. The work was fine but the furnace that was installed was not the furnace that we discussed, it was a cheaper model. I was then stuck with a cheaper furnace because I was not careful about the wording on my quotation.
