Unfortunately a representative of this company spends their free time at home making hateful, racist comments about strangers online. Kevin Burns is a disgusting display of racism and conducts himself in a manner that one would assume to be bad for any professional business. Especially if his immature posts had any truth to them and most of your customers and clients are people of color—I would hope you could find unbiased and truly professional people in the Rochester community to replace him, a very important employee (worth 100,000 a year according to his posts) as the face of your company. Until then I will continue to express my disappointment with the ethics of this company.
