      Penfield Fitness & Racquet Club, located in Rochester, N.Y., was established in 1978. It provides kids, adults and seniors a wide range of programs and classes, including group exercise, indoor pool with exercise classes, swimming, parent-infant and toddler classes, and adult open swim. It also offers a variety of special programs, such as birthday parties, dance classes, personal training, adult programs, yoga and youth programs. Penfield Fitness & Racquet Club provides a wide range of facilities and equipments that include gymnasium, racquetball courts, exercise machines and cardiovascular equipment, men's and women's locker room, parking lots, and sauna, steam, and whirlpool. Its Miss Mary s Place is a child care center that provides free child care, indoor child-size basketball court, climbing equipment and a separate area for babies.
