My garage door broke yesterday at 2:30 PM. I'd used Tracey Door several years ago for another issue, so they were my first (and last) call. I called at 3:30 PM and they said they could come out today between 9 AM and 11 AM. I told them what I thought the problem was and they told me what it would cost if I was right. "Ken" was here shortly after 9 and by 10 he was a memory. Ken did an outstanding job of fixing my door. I suspected I knew what was wrong with the door but I let him make his assessment because he knows garage doors, I don't. I told Ken the door is almost 50 years old and I suspect it will need to be replaced before too long. Ken agreed but never tried to sell me anything. At my request he was able to give me a little info on a new door. When I do decide to replace this door, I will not call anyone but Tracey.
