Ron replied on time to my inquiry, and asked for a detailed description of the job to be done via phone--rehanging a bathroom door whose screws and pulled out of the door frame. He then quoted a cost for the work, and was available to do it the following day. He arrived on time, and was nice, well-organized and careful about keeping the area clean. The fee was as agreed.
