I love the veterinarians and staff of Petvacx. 12 years ago, upon the recommendation of my neighbor, I chose Petvacx to provide care for my littermate brother pups. In late October I had to euthanize my boy, Jerry, due to illness. It was without question the hardest thing I have ever had to do. The bond between animals and their owners is so deep it requires the veterinarians and their staff to impart a level of respect and care far beyond what is their responsibility when euthanizing a family pet. There are no words adequate enough to express my gratitude to everyone at Petvacx for not only relieving Jerry from his suffering but also for being there with extraordinary love and compassion during this most difficult time for me. The reality of it is your veterinarian not only provides care for your pet but also for you. For many of us our pets are our family. I never have to wait to be seen for an appointment, I've made appointments the same day many times. The people who work there are really friendly and professional. Most of the prices are very reasonable, some of the fees they have don't make sense to me... but I overlook that because I feel like this place really cares about how my pet is doing. Staff really go out of their way to help me with everything and the doctors don't make me feel rushed at all when I have questions or concerns about my pet. An all around great place that has been around for a long time, they know what they are doing. :)

I love Petvacx! They have caring doctors and attentive staff. I never have to wait for an appointment, I can be seen at their mobile unit when their office has closed for the day. They make taking your pet to the vet as easy and convenient as possible which is really great when you are busy and have neurotic pets like mine. I've been going to them for years and the staff knows my pets the moment they see them! It's really nice to know they remember me and my animals.They take their time, and the experience always feels personal. The front desk staff are very warm and friendly, the technicians are gentle and sweet to the animals. Very happy with all of the services they provide. Definitely way better than some places I've taken my pets too, that's for sure!
