The shop is no frills, but they can handle all kinds of repairs and sell a variety of shoe maintenance products. Shop is always busy.

This family business is great. Not many shoe repairs around anymore. They are very helpful with regular heel jobs to more creative requests.

This place if the best for shoe repair and very reasonable. The wait can be a little long if its your favorite pair of shoes, but its worth the wait.

I have used the Roseville Shoe Repair shop for many years. Since I have trouble finding shoes that are comfortable, I prefer to repair the comfortable ones I find instead of buying new ones. In every instance they have repaired my shoes in a manner that exceeded my expectations. They also do a great job repairing other leather items, like puses.

Needed soles & heels on very old custom made sandals. Both people I dealt with were friendly & helpful. Work was excellent & the clerk when I picked them up told me the leather was brittle so he took it upon himself to apply conditioner! Great service!

I went into this establishment and had the best experience I've ever had in a shoe repair. Their description of the repair before they did it was spot on to the repair performed. They did my heels while I waited and I left three other pairs. On my return the repairs were finished and put into their filing system for an easy recovery without my claim tag, which I lost. On Saturday, February 9th, 2008 I took a pair of boots in to be resoled. These boots were motorcycle boots that fit my foot well but I wanted a lug sole on them, instead of the plain, smooth sole it originally had. I PREPAID $65 after the clerk showed me the lug soles that would be put on my boots. They were a Vibram Lug Sole and EXACLTY what I wanted on my boot. I was told they were very busy so my boots would take a week. I went to the shop to pick up my boots. The boots had a different sole from the one I paid for - it had a sole that looked much like the one I had replaced. When I pointed this out to the clerk he "informed" me that this sole THEY CHOSE was "much better" and what I "really wanted". When I told him that the lug sole was what I really wanted he said that I was "wrong about that" and I needed to just "give these a try." I WASTED $65 for boots that looked the same as when I left them AND the displeasure of being told that I didn't know what I wanted! RIPOFF!!!
