In the last two months I have went twice, each time with an appointment. The first of those two times my appointment was at 1130 for a full set and a pedicure French tip. Another lady without an appointment came in minutes before my appointment to get a pedicure an was not the happiest I went ahead of her. It wouldn’t have been a problem if they were appropriately staffed. The lady started my pedicure but could not do the French tip on my feet because she was not confident in her skill. I had to wait for the technician in the salon who could do it. She was also the only technician who had the skill to do fill-ins or full sets, so after she painted my toenails she had to go back to her original customer and finish her nails. By the time I had all of my services completed it was about 330, and had spent 4 hours in their salon for two services.
I scheduled another appointment, giving them the benefit of the doubt it was just short staffing the last time. I go to get my nails filled with the preference of a gel white tip polish in because in the last experience I did normal white tip polish and it didn’t last for more than a couple of days intact. she stated they were out of it in the gel.
She looked young and inexperienced and honestly I thought maybe she had lied about it being out because she couldn’t do it. Instead I said we could just take off my gel acrylic and do a shellac polish and manicure instead.
I’m sure she was inexperienced because she first filled one bowl with plain alcohol and the other with acetone to soak off the previous gel and acrylic(she realized this after 10-15 minutes of soaking). I had sat for about an hour soaking because she must not have know to soak and buff off a layer and repeat until it all came off. An experienced technician came in for her shift and took over and began that process. After a total of two hours and ten minutes I had successfully had them take of my old nails and do a shellac manicure, which I think is far too long.

LOVE IT!

I love it here! They are so professional and friendly. And the salon is beautiful. They do wonderful nails.

First time there no business at all. Music was so loud couldn't hear my friend talking that was right next to me. Girl that did my nails didn't even cover the whole nail and it was spotty. The nail smugged and she just covered it with glitter. The glitter was so high on my nail Because she loaded it on. I was sitting a good 20 mins to let it dry and they got messed up. The pedicure was just plain water I put my feet in. My toes got messed up Because she put wayyy to much glitter on! Thought the reviews of it to be trustworthy but NO total opposite of what everyone said. Not worth the money, time or headache!!! The tools they used were not new, they were Sharing tools with each other, totally disgusting!!! Left there and had to re paint all of my nails!

My girl and I had a manicure and pedicure date here at She's nailin it and it was a great time! They were very friendly and professional. They offer beverages and also your choice of scented lotion and sugar scrub! they also have water fall once you enter wit a jazz music playing! They do a wonderful job! I recommend this place for anyone!

Will never go back.... charge more than most places and did not do a good job , I will not recommend this salon to anyone....my daughters and friends agreed, my nails looked very bad

Nail techs are professional and knowledgeable. Salon is clean and has a very relaxing atmosphere.
