I had a couple of recall issues with my 2006 Cobalt and this location was specifically stated as my "local dealer" that could handle the problems. One of them was for an ignition switch recall. The notice clearly stated "Reserve a complimentary loaner vehicle, if you need one." My second recall issue was for fuel leaking. Not only was I refused a loaner vehicle, they denied that my car qualified for the fuel leakage recall. I called up the company customer service hotline (1-800-222-1020) to confirm if my second recall issue was valid or not, and it was (recall #12191 - spotting or leaking of fuel). My company representative called up Mauer Chevrolet in Inver Grove Heights and set me up there instead. It was an issue with my gas tank leaking (cracked gas tank, typical in Cobalts). Not only was I set up with a swank loaner vehicle from the start, they ordered me a brand new gas tank and let me keep the loaner vehicle for a week while they were waiting on my new tank to be delivered. They also did a complimentary safety inspection on my car and offer free car washes once one's vehicle have been serviced. All of this was free of charge at Mauer and Rosedale wouldn't even give me a loaner vehicle. Mauer are aces at taking care of their customers, and I found them to be very honest. Take your Chevrolet there for long term care instead. Rosedale will never get any of my future business and I will let my friends, family, and co-workers know to avoid them as well.

The wait was long and cost high. but the service has done the car well.
We worked with a Jerry Bostrom at Rosedale Chev and were very please with his hard work at helping us find just the right car. We started out looking at one car and then started researching a Chevy Equinox. He was very patient as we researched and tried to decide which options we wanted. He then set about trying to help us find the perfect car. He has a great sense of humor which we enjoyed and was very down to earth. Great to work with. When we finally decided on a car, he walked us through the purchasing phase with ease. We would recommend him without a doubt to family and friends. He tirelessly worked out payment options with us several different ways. We also worked with a Lynnea in Finance and she was great. Same attitude. She presented a lot of options regarding our new purchase and again, ran numbers several times to our satisfaction. We just had a great experience all around and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rosedale Chevrolet.
The entire car buying experience at Rosedale Chevrolet was outstanding. We were treated with dignity and respect. We got best pricing and great value for our trade. Our Salesman Corey Dennis took the time to show as many vehicles as possible until we found the perfect fit. I will come back in the future and will refer anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle to Rosedale Chevrolet.

Purchased two vehicles from Rosedale Chev. First vehicle was good, though not fault of the dealership, was a money pit - major problems that was covered by the warranty, as well as multiple problems after the warranty ran out. Dumped the car with 84,000 miles on it! Was told that the car did not qualify as a lemon, but it sure was a money pit! The second vehicle I purchased has been great! The same service person helps me each time I come in - and he knows me by name! Always good to have personable service!

Great experience all around! Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. You made purchasing a vehicle a comfortable experience. It was very nice not to feel Pressured to buy. Would recommend this dealership to everyone!! Thanks again:)

The Service Teams are always professional and very knowledgeable. Been using Rosedale Chevrolet for many years would not take my vehicle anywhere else.
