My boyfriend and I drove from Tucson, Arizona to rescue a dog. We were in communication with the humane society over a week before we drove up there to make sure everything was in order. We were told that the dog we were rescuing would be up to date with shots and be fixed by the time we were up there. We picked up the dog, got home and discovered that they did not follow through with any of these promises. We called and told them to help us fix the dog in Tucson, Arizona with our humane societies but they refused. They wanted us to drive all the way back to Ruidoso to fix our dog, which is ridiculous because of gas prices. Very rude considering we went out of our way to rescue this dog, and they refuse to follow through with what they promised it. Thanks A LOT!
