My daughter completed her first year at The Carmel School (TCS) in the 6th Grade, and I could not be any happier. Every teacher has demonstrated a strong desire to help students advance academically and spiritually. I have witnessed huge improvements in my daughter's Math and Science aptitudes due to her teacher's patients and personal teaching styles. During the last week of school, my daughter commented on how much her teacher has made Math and Science "enjoyable and fun." My daughter has also expanded her reading selections thanks to her English teacher's encouragement for students to read, comprehend and appreciate the rich diversity of human communication. The Art department at TCS is also top notch. During her first year at TCS, my daughter was also afforded an opportunity to be part the volleyball team where the girls demonstrated a remarkable tendency towards acceptance, mentoring and team sportsmanship. My daughter will definitely return to TCS for another Great academic year

We love The Carmel School and can't wait for our second child to start there. I am continually amazed at the curriculum!

My son has been at The Carmel School for three years and we could not be happier. The teacher to student ratio is unbeatable. The curriculum is excellent! Every teacher has been an incredible role model and steward of my child's education, which by the way, is far superior to his cousins and friends who are in public school.

Do some serious research before wasting money at TCS. The public (elementary) schools are just as good, if not better, and are actually held accountable (TCS is not accredited). It has taken some time, but fortunately we got our child out before too much damage was done. We are still doing damage control almost a year later.

As of 9-1-11 All classrooms are equipped with the latest Smart Boards! And they just remodeled the Library and it is Fantastic! They even let you check out Laptop computers!

My children are in the elementary wing of the school and I cannot be more pleased by the education they received. My oldest just started second grade and is already reading Rick Riorden books! Don't believe the grumblers. The teachers are excellent, the new principle has the school looking tip top. Its a bargain for the money.
