January 29, 2011 this place has a serious mouse infestation. I had a storage room there for around six months and there was mouse s on literally everything and all the boxes smell of mouse urine. The urine stains left behind on all the boxes made little purple puddles due to the blue poison they ate before dying. The floor after I emptied my unit was COVERED with mouse poop. I just hope it is house mice not deer mice because you can get really sick from the poop of deer mice. There was a dead mouse in one box. Everything including the interior of my SUV in which I made the mistake of transporting some of the boxes smell horrible! God help me if I have the hantavirus. I am going to have to have my car cleaned inside to rid the odor now and I have to repack all the boxes. Not to mention, many of the boxes were damp meaning water got in there somehow. So its a real mess. Do not rent here not in the winter anyways.

I switched to American River from a different facility in the area. They had a great free rent move-in special on an alarmed unit. The rent I'll pay is much cheaper than the lst facility I stored at and it is much much cleaner! What I appreciate the most though is everyone there is friendly and totally helpful.
