Very nice service. Have good selection of parts at a reasonable dealership price. They have had to order parts for me and very fast.

I took my bike in for a damage estimate after getting hit. I spent an hour there, mostly in front of the desk while the guy sat at his computer. Another guy took my bike out for a test ride, which lasted no more than 15 minutes, which occurred towards the end of the hour. I was billed for a full hour of labor ($92) despite only spending 15 minutes of actual hands on time on the bike. My main complaint is that this was a damage estimate, not a commission of work, why was I charged for an estimate? I would understand if they charged me their standard $92/hour rate for the actual time they spent on my bike, but they charged me for a full hour instead of just the 15 minutes of labor they actually provided. The insurance company informed me that estimates shouldn't have a charge attached to them, and no one I have talked to who as had to get a damage estimate has heard of such a practice. Given my experience, they will not get my business again, and I tell my friends who have bikes to be wary of this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The Service staff on the other hand, Are Top Notch In Everyway. The new service Manager , Tison (I'm not sure how its spelt) took time Deal with me personally, And even though i was very rude at times, he never lost composure in the least. Service gets highest marks as far as i'm concerned....

Top notch merchandise and knowledgeable staff. Serious about customer satisfaction and value.
