We specialize in qualified plans for small businesses (1 to 100 employees), and we work closely with the employer's accountant and financial advisor to ensure accurate plan valuations and fiduciary compliance. Offering a qualified retirement plan is a crucial tool for employers to attract and retain the best employees possible. We design plans that greatly benefit business owners and their key employees by utilizing tax-deductible contributions. As a TPA, NLH & Company manages many of the day-to-day aspects of the employer-sponsored retirement plan so the business owners can focus on their business.
