Paul & raymond are 2 of the best watchmakers I have found. The work they have performed on my pocket watch collection for repair, service up to complete restoration was done with skill that I have yet to find better. They will give you sound advice on repairs or restoration so as not to send good money or services that return results that aren't worth the money.

Paul and Raimond are very competent watchmakers, and I had my Omegas worked on by them. They are very skilled and always do a great job. From big movement restoration to something small as a battery they do with pride. I have never seen watchmakers who were as passionate as this father and son duo. I was surprised to hear many local jewelry shops send watches to paul to get fixed. They said they have dropped jewelers in the past because the jewelry shops were charging far more than he was and making it unfair for clients. Nonetheless, go to paul directly and they'll give you the lowest price possible. Last time I was there Raimond had over 50 watches in line for servicing which shows how popular these guys are. I'm glad I came across Paul and his son, I had went to other watchmakers and I always had problems with other watchmakers but so far so good with Paul's watch repair.

Horrible!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY!!!! He will break your watch. Then instead of even looking at it, he will call it junk, blame the jeweler who referred you to him and leave you with a broken watch. I was referred with my Seiko Kinetic to Paul's by Sharif Jewelers because Sharif's main watch guy was on vacation. I took the watch to him to have the capacitor (battery) replaced. The watch functioned correctly it just needed a new capacitor. (Which I had.) He installed the capacitor and gave me back the watch. I paid and left. Shortly after leaving I noticed that the watch was not doing anything. Even though I had been shaking it to charge up for over 20 min. Then I noticed that when I shook the watch I could no longer feel the movement inside the watch. Which meant that something was binding up or broken inside my watch. I called Paul and left a message because he was already closed. The following business day I went there and wanted Paul to look at the watch. He refused. He would not even open it to take a look. He said it was a cheap piece of junk. He then blamed Sharif for the watch being broken. I wanted to know how he could get a functioning watch and return it non-functioning. Then blame everyone else. Go somewhere else. On another note, I told Sharif about the situation. And it seems they are going to get my watch that Paul broke, fixed.
