I used the $19.99 oil change coupon & they scammed me. I ended up paying $60 since I needed the higher mileage oil & they DIDN"T even worn me of the higher price difference. If you go in with a $20 coupon for an oil change, you expect to pay $20 when leaving the place. Also they took out my air filter & showed me a comparison between my old & a new one. I think they should've ASKED me first if I wanted my air filter taken out. OVERALL, my first experience at this Quality Tune-up were 2 BIG THUMBS DOWN. They need to know how to better their communication with customers. Customers BEWARE get a second opinion before getting your car serviced here.
