      I am a Professional Health and Fitness coach helping clients achieve their own personal fitness goals lean and tone, fat loss or building muscle while maintaining their fitness level.Prior to establishing Ragsdale Elite Training, I spent 20 years as Personal trainer and Professional football player in the Professional Indoor Football League (PIFL), Pacific Coast Football League (PCFL), and Golden State Football League (GSAFL).In addition to playing football, Donnell attained certifications in NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and NESTA (National Exercise Sports Training Association) gaining the necessary knowledge and education to help his clients in assisting them in their fitness success.Clients come from as far away as Reno and San Jose to achieve their goals with my personal attention.
