It is a 90-plus-bed facility that offers skilled nursing and rehabilitation solutions as well as ventilator and tracheostomy care. The center features a laundry facility, barbershop, beauty salon, medical equipment, semiprivate rooms, outdoor patios and common areas. It specializes in the areas of orthopedics, wound management, tube feeding, therapy services, and hospice care. The center offers treatment solutions for patients with diabetes, heart problems and fractures. It provides medication, pain management, health monitoring, dietitian consultation, replacement rehabilitation, surgical, strength and endurance training, and physical, speech and occupational therapy services. The center additionally offers discharge planning, transportation coordination, financial assistance and 24-hour emergency services.
