The carpet is FILTHY, look like it has not been shampooed in years,I mean large,black areas. I got red areas on my feet arms and eye lid from something bitting me.I had to ask for my room to be cleaned and I had to ask for clean linen and towels ,it had been 7 days, what the hell they think you are paying 200.00 dollars a week for and I always have to ask for receipt ( who pays for anything with that amount of money and do not want a receipt ?) the mattresses they put outside to air out look like an elephant has slept on them.Towels dingy and sheets wrinkled, they give you one washcloth ,one towel and one floor towel and you have to ask them to vacuum the room and dust it. No one wants to give you any good service now a days let alone excellent service,just want the MONEY is the attitude.
