I came in with a check engine light and a purge valve replacement needed and they installed it free of cost because I came in with the part. Can't guarantee that they'll do this every time, but they were AWESOME! Thank you, Autopractor!

I am new to St.Charles, and I relied on the reviews of Autopractor before selecting a mechanic to work on my car. Believe me, I find it hard to trust most shops, but Autopractor is simply wonderful. I have had a re-curring problem for over two years, and no other mechanic could diagnose nor remedy the problem. Gary, the owner, took time to talk with me to explain the problem with my car, and then his staff fixed it expertly. I have full trust and faith in this shop, and I encourage anyone who needs expert, fair and trustworthy auto care to use Autopractor. I will always go there when I have the need.

Great service,they will pick me up and take me home if I do not have a ride . When my elderly mom had a flat tire they picked her up and fixed her tire and made sure she was safe! They do not add on charges, and tell me what minimum mat of work I can get by with when I am not feeling rich.

I took my truck to them for replacement of the rear axle seals. They told me the job would take only one day. When I called to pick up the trick they told me "they had neglected to order bearings" and the truck was not ready and would not be until the next day.When I finally went to pick up the truck they exceeded the estimate by almost $100.I would not recommend Autopractor to anyone and certainly would not use them again myself.

completely repaired my car right & I had brought it somewhere else & was given a really high quote and so I brought it to Autopractor & they diagnosed it again and said it wasn't the converter that needed replacing, but just a bracket that was loose, which they brought me out to my car & showed me - they saved me over $1200. They have me as a customer forever. I recommend them to everyone I know.
