Access Plumbing is now my plumber forever! I had a problem with my sewer line backing up. They sent someone out immediately to cable and told me they thought my line was broken. They informed me that i am covered under the city lateral replacement program, which I came to find can be quite confusing with all the paperwork to fill out.Tom McCall, the owner of the company, told me to go on their website where he has posted all of the important contact numbers for different areas and instructions on how to proceed with my application. I had a question and called his office where his receptionist was more than glad to help me. I live in a city that has their own plumbers to replace my line so even though Access Plumbing could not replace my line themselves, they went above and beyond what I would expect even calling a few days later to make sure everything turned out ok. I haven't had customer service like that in years. I didn't think it existed anymore. I will recommend them to everyone!
