Helen's Health Hut is a very small store that can almost make one feel claustrophobic. The number of products is very limited. In recent years Helen's has been through SEVERAL ownership changes. Can only presume this is due to so many products being available elsewhere, as well as online, for much less than can be purchased at Helen's. While the attendant tried to help, her product knowledge was almost as limited as the number of products carried in the store. And anything outside of a standard vitamin would need to be specially ordered. Would recommend instead that one visits Apple Valley Natural Foods in Berrien Springs for a vastly superior selection, more knowledgeable staff, and better pricing.
