If I could do less than 1 star I would.  Lets start by saying they threw a 50lb pallet off my roof which almost destroyed 1 of my pillars in front of house.  Nails were everywhere including stuck in my 3 air conditioners on side of house.  Air conditioners were 20k a piece, sorry if I want to take care of them.  They wore out the roof by walking all over  taking the granules off the shingles according to insurance adjuster.  They destroyed a bush I had in the front landscaping where a pile of 100lbs of shingles they were taking off roof laid.  They destroyed my gutter guard in several areas and just stuck it back in haphazardly and it look like junk now.  They sub out all the work, none of the roofers work just for them, they may not even be US citizens, they don't care and that's the problem.  I live in a house worth more than 1 million dollars and my roof was a 40k roof......stay away!
I have used the services of Innovative Construction and Roofing on 3 occasions on 2 different houses. They have done EXCELLENT WORK on siding, roofing and replacement windows. The customer service is outstanding and Brian Benson has been a pleasure to work with on my last project.
I had hail damage on my roof and they came out the next day to take a look at it. Innovative was great to deal with, they handled everything from start to finish. They met the adjuster at my house, submitted the necessary paperwork, contacted the insurance company and put the new roof on at my schedule and finished in a couple of days. All I had to do was cash the insurance checks.
There were other roofing contractors working in my subdivision at the time because of the storm and I can tell from listening to some of my neighbors they didn't get the service I got.

WE ARE A BUSY HOTEL IN DOWNTOWN AND WE HAD A VERY SHORT WINDOW TO GET THE ROOF DONE. THE WHOLE JOB WAS VERY SMOOTH FROM START TO FINISH!!
THEY DID NOT DISTURB MY GUESTS, THEY KEPT THE PROPERTY CLEAN AND THE ROOF LOOKS BEAUTIFUL.
CRAIG WAS AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES AND WAS AROUND WHILE THE CONSTRUCTION WAS GOING ON AND WAS VERY COURTEOUS WITH OUR CUSTOMERS.

Innovative Roofing has a great staff and provides outstanding customer service. If you're looking to replace or repair a slate roof, I highly recommend them.
In the spring of '14 we discovered serious roof leaks due to hail damage. Innovative was recommended by a contractor who had used them on a successful roofing job. We were in need of immediate help because of further water damage inside the home. Innovative sales rep, Josh Kranawetter, came to meet the next from my initial call. He walked us through the damage inspection, work/price proposal and insurance claim all along the way. Once the job started he was on site from start to finish: set-up, project progress, inspection through removal of tile to completion of installation as well as site inspection post completion. Our roof is made of spanish tile and Josh researched and sourced the replacement tiles needed. We had one crew remove our entire roof of tiles and a new crew replace them. They both worked with remarkable skill considering how complicated the 90 year old roof is. Included in their work was replacing 2 skylights and copper gutters, which Josh sourced and coordinated. We highly recommend Innovative Roofing after the experience we had with them Spring/Summer '14.
Jarrett and his team helped us through the entire process of roof replacement from hail storm this passed year. New roof looks great and we are very happy.
Innovative Construction put a roof on my house over the summer . They did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them.
One of the reasons we chose ICR to repair hail damage was that they could do it all; roof, gutters and interior repair from water damage. While the final results were very good, getting the work done proved to be difficult. Scheduled dates for the work were changed often and getting in touch with our project manager was difficult. Calls, messages and emails were not answered for weeks. The final results were very good but the process was very tedious.
Innovative Construction and Roofing did an outstanding job on several of our projects!!! It is very hard to find a reputable roofing company these days. With Innovative Roofing, your prayers are answered!!! You won't be disappointed!! Quality and Service through and through!!

Innovative Construction and Roofing is outstanding! Water damage and leaks in our attic space prompted my first call to Innovative. Tom patiently and efficiently walked us through the process, meeting and working with our insurance adjuster and coordinating not only the replacement of our roof, but other exterior and interior repairs as well. The service we received far exceeded our expectations. We definitely plan to recommend Innovative to our friends and neighbors and would be more than happy to share our positive experience.
Innovative Construction and Roofing replaced my roof about 3 months ago. I wanted to wait a while before reviewing so I could have time to evaluate the finished product. After 3 months the roof looks and functions great. From the time they came out with my insurance adjuster, they were very helpful in selecting the right color and style; very prompt and respectful of my house and property, and did an overall great job on the roof. I have already recommended them to a friend and he had the same experience. I will recommend them again to anyone who needs work on their roof.
I highly recommend Innovative Construction & Roofing. Of the three contractors we requested a quote from they were the only one who showed up on the date/time when they said they would. Once work started they were very fast and did a great job. They also went above and beyond by helping us with getting a rebate for the roof and assisting the insurance adjuster examine the roof for damage.
I highly recommend Innovative Construction & Roofing. Kevin was a great help in completing the replacement of our roof and repairs from storm damage. All work was completed as promised. Kevin met with the insurance adjuster all my issues from the storm we addressed. The entire team at ICR was great to work with.

INNOVATIVE made it happen for me! So pleased, ICR did it all from meeting the adjuster to billing the insurance company. I mean they didn't even hound me for money, everything was smooth sailing!
I believe a lot has to do with the company representative/ project manager Tim Carroll. Tim and I have built a life long relationship. So I would say Innovative Roofing & Construction is not just building roofs, but they are building Relationships.
Now understand this; I have a high attention to detail and can be hard to handle, but ICR has done everything correct from Identifying my style, type, and even where my slate was mined. Out of all the Roofing Companies knocking in the area (there were tons) they were the only contractor that knew everything about my old historical house and the challenges you face in bringing it back to It's Authentic State. A big part of making it authentic is slate colors, and they were picked out and installed perfectly, not a hotspot on my roof. A+
Tim was confident this could be done and man it sure was, he said trust me and I did! Wow did it come together, even the new paint job I got on my home was flawless. He said he was a construction professional, that's not a lie.
If you have slate go with Innovative! They are awesome!
Tom from Innovative Construction & Roofing did a great job at managing all the details and activities for my roof to be completed. My insurance company was semi-difficult to deal with (: and Tom helped out a ton with that. My time at work is super important and the back/forth with insurance company would've been a awful w/o Tom's help. Ask for Tom if you are looking to have your roof replaced. He's polite, detailed, appreciates people's time, is quick to respond to your emails/phone calls etc. My roof and gutters honestly make the house look newer and stands out in the neighborhood. They use top quality materials and use finishing touches to give the roof/gutters a richer look that I don't see on any house in my neighborhood. I don't have any negative comments and would recommend Tom and this company to anyone. I'm pretty picky, detailed and expect alot from people's work - which is what I got with my new roof and service from Tom. Thank you!
Our 125 year old home was damaged during that horrible storm last May. Innovative replaced our slate roof and copper gutters with efficiency, excellent customer service and care.We have heard many horror stories and felt fortunate we had Innovative Roofing. We were very fortunate to work with Tim Medlock in replacing our tile roof. He held our hand through thr insurance process and went above and beyond every step of the way. It was a long process due to some insurance difficulties but Tim never gave up and did everything possible to make it smooth. We just got our new roof on and it looks fantastic, we couldn't be happier. I have already recommended Innovative to several friends and will continue to do so without reservation.
My house received wind and hail damage this year with the tornado that came through St. Charles. Kevin took the time to come out and meet with the adjuster to make sure the items that needed to be repaired were included. His crew did a great job, once they started it was done in a couple days with minimal interruption. I would definitely recommend to other and I will probably use them for my siding project.
