General Info

Massage therapy found me* I felt inside that my calling was within the wellness field. Research led me to The Healing Arts Center. I thought to myself massage therapy, really? Before attending school I never received a professional massage, however, upon entering I knew this was just for me. Once giving and receiving massages I became a self care advocate. We can heal our body through massage and that is my driving force.

Your custom and individualized therapeutic massage may intertwine some or all of the following modalities Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Touch for Health muscle testing, and Reiki energy work to assist in revitalizing the mind, body, and spirit. Massage is unique because they are all different! Our bodies are ever changing. I am grateful to share your massage and wellness journey with you. I use Santa Barbara Massage Cream and Biotone Essential Oils.
