Need to train the copy shop staff better( or at all). The gentleman making copies had no idea what he was doing. He took over one hour to try to get less than 10 b&w copies nothing fancy, just a simple enlargement, and a simple reduction by percentage. The gentleman in the copy shop was on the phone 4 or 5 times asking a manager how to work the copier. Eventually I just took my originals when I saw after an hr. he couldn't manage to make copies.As I left he blamed the copy equipment , not his own problem with not knowing how to do the most basic enlargements in b&w or even how to lay the paper on the glass properly, or how to troubleshoot the copier . I wasn't the only customer with a problem in the copy shop, a man wanted to ship a Fed Ex package about the same time as my copies were suppose to be finished. The gentleman working at the copy desk didn't know the Fed ex code or where to look in the binder for it or who to call first for the code. That customer waited 25 minutes so he could have his package info. input into the computer and paid for it to be sent. The Fed Ex delivery guy came and went picked up the other packages from the copy shop of course, but not the one that was still sitting on the scale waiting to be rung up while the copy guy was calling the second or third manager. There was also a third customer waiting to talk to the copy shop gentleman and he was totally ignored for at least 20 minutes with his presence never even acknowledged. Go elsewhere if you want competent copy shop employees.
