I took my parents dog here a few years ago for puppy training classes and the trainer, Diana, did a wonderful job. She was patient, knowledgeable, and cared about the animals. I am getting a dog of my own in a few weeks and I will be returning to take her through the puppy training classes. The staff is also very helpful when purchasing products or answering questions.

Staff that performs pet grooming services at your Lemay facility are very unprofessional and show that they truly do not enjoy what they do. I have never seen such an unfriendly,unmotivated group of individuals. I will not shop or use your store services ever again.
