I needed a very special gift for my sister's birthday. I stopped into Charlemagne Jewelry to see what they had and was met with the nicest salesperson who helped me find a wonderful gift for her. The store has delightful items for all occasions and the staff was very knowledgeable and made good suggestions. I have to agree with the other reviews I've read. I didn't even get in the door, but called to find the location and was met with such rudeness. It felt like an inconvenience to talk to me. My guess is that they do have enough business that they feel comfortable turning people away. I just wish they would say in their advertisement that they only want a certain type of customer, so those of us who don't fit in the category don't have to bother. We all deserve to be treated with respect.
