With operating budget of more than $45 million, the organization manages a staff of over 645 employees. It promotes the social welfare of people in the Greater Saint Paul metropolitan area in Minnesota. Amherst H. Wilder Foundation serves nearly 200 organizations. It operates Bush Memorial Children s Center, which provides residential treatment services. The organization administers the Bush Evening Treatment program, which includes individual, family, group, socialization and recreational therapy solutions for children with emotional and behavioral problems. Amherst H. Wilder Foundation additionally operates Spencer House, which offers emergency shelter and respite care services for individuals between the ages of 11 and 17.
