Horrible management company. Laundry room filthy, they don't return calls, there are pets in the complex when there shouldnt be pets, laundry room door needs to be fixed so it doesn't slam. If you have a problem you have to tell them multiple times. They don�t always return phone calls. I have people constantly parking in my parking space when they aren�t supposed to. I am legally blind and require my parking space to be available since I have people that come to pick me up for appointments and errands. Management knows about it but they won�t do a damn thing. Any time I have called the manager about it he either doesn�t pick up his phone or it goes straight to voicemail which is full. Manager doesn�t come on weekends. They really need an on site manager for the complex I�m in. If you want anything repaired you have to call the person multiple times just to get it done. I have sent emails and lately those haven�t been answered. When I locked myself out on a weekend they told me to call a locksmith! Taylor needs to wake up and crack down on people here at st James square 2. I honestly hope I can move at some point cause I�ve had enough of this company. They don�t respect their tenants. I don't recommend them.

They really strive to take care of tenant needs and property needs.
