Driver keeps backing into my driveway almost hitting my parked cars. Driver doesn't give a sh*t.

The UPS truck driver accessing a delivery location via a private access road over across and through my private property repeatedly drives way too fast, even though it is signed “private drive-slow!” And “animals on roadway”. I have screamed at him to slow down to no avail. I have called customer call center only to be given lip service and never received a call back from the manager of the Salem office. No way to run a business. Shame on you!

There is a UPS Station in SE Salem--their address is: 676 Commercial St SE, Salem, OR 97302. I have used them before, and they're great.

UPS has just about the most inconvenient location imaginable for picking up "must be signed for" packages. For those of us that live in South Salem it is a nightmare to get there if traffic is heavy. Also they charge $5.00 to have the package re-routed to a more convenient delivery address! Just say NO to UPS. Ship FedEx instead.

Horrible customer service! I had Christmas gifts that I was expecting, and I rescheduled them to pick up at this location. That same day they re-shipped them back to the sender, and now I am out my presents. Get it together, and do your job!
