Beat part which this listing is incorrect they are open 24/7. Great for overnight people needing lunch too.

I went into IHOP in Salem this morning for breakfast. I sat down at approximately 9:05am. As I waited for someone to come to by table to ask what I would like to drink, I watched at least 5 waitresses look over at my table and not 1 of them came to my table during the time I was sitting there. At 9:14am, I got up to go speak with the manager to let him know that I had been waiting for at least 5 minutes for someone to wait on me. They were not that busy, in fact, the section I was sitting in had approximately 12 tables, of which 3 were taken, mine being the 4th. I ended up just leaving and honestly, I don't plan on going back. I just went to the local 7-11 to get coffee and a breakfast sandwich.

Walked in and stood at the greeter stand for about 5 minutes and no one acknowledged us! Finally we were sat and then we sat there for about 5-7 minutes, finally got asked what we wanted to drink. The drinks took another 5-7 minutes! After she dropped the drinks off she walked away and went about other tables. It wouldn't have been that bad if there was a simple "sorry I'm busy" "ill be right with you" Anything instead of walking by several times and saying nothing. I'm a server myself, so I would've been understanding. We didn't stay because needless to say she still continued to not even pay attention to our table so we didn't even get to give our order. I have never walked out of a restaurant!

Food is OK. My co-workers go there for lunch sometimes. I can always expect stress & wating when I go to ihop, Salem. Always takes a min of 35 minutes to deliver food. Never busy there. So that's not the issue. Probably the cooks need to be replaced. $10.53 for one burger & a drink. Always leave there feelinging stupid. I should have gone to McD's next door. Need to improve.
