They want fresh, delicious foods that are raised right here by our Colorado neighbors – pasture-raised beef, pork and yak, all natural-chicken, fresh Colorado milk, small-batch cheeses, fresh breads and seasonal produce – the basics in winter and the earth’s huge bounty in the summer. Our foods are astonishingly good because they’re ALL LOCAL: most of our foods are sourced within 100 miles of our location of Salida, CO and all come from Colorado. We also craft these great local foods into beautiful soups, sandwiches, main dishes and desserts in our own on-site kitchen. And, our customer service is second to none.
