Very knowledgable and helpful staff, friendly too. Not sure why the others on here are complaining. The office hours are posted on the front door of the office, the access hours are posted at the gate entrance, and the staff clearly explained to me where the entrance and exit keypads were located and how they worked- and even gave me a map of the facility showing my unit location and the keypad locations, with the access hours and restrictions stated at the top. Renting here was a trouble free and pleasant experience. I will rent here again if I need storage.

What a nightmare. Because our landlord had failed to make necessary repairs requested by the health department, we were told we could no longer live in our home of 20 years. We rented a truck and went to move our belongings from our house at 8:00am only to find it padlocked. There was no legal eviction notice issued and we finally were able to access our home at about 12:30. Took most of the day to load the truck and arrived at the storage unit at about 6:30. It is usually takes less time to unload the truck then it does to load it. We had about 4 or 5 more things to unload and we were rushing because it was almost 8:00pm. At approx. 8:05 a guy comes around the corner in a jeep and starts yelling that we are trespassing and he is going to call the sheriff. I attempted to talk to him saying we just had a couple of more things. He never let me finish. He said he did not care and that we had 5 minutes to put the stuff in the storage and we could not take anything else off the truck. He never let up, was extremely loud and insulting. I have never talked to anyone as rude as this person. He kept threatening to call the sheriff and then said he was restricting our access to business hours meaning we could only access our unit between 9:00am and 6:00pm Mon. thru Sat. No access on Sundays or holidays. I have had encounters with rude people before but never with anyone like this. I intend to talk with the manager of the business and wonder if anyone has ever had this experience. I realize we were a bit late but we did not deserve to be treated with such anger and hostility. By the time we put things into the storage, closed up the truck, drove off the property, stopped to reposition what was left on the truck to avoid damage it was 8:30. We will not be renewing our monthly rental at this facility.

I cannot post this without giving a star rating so imagine a negative sign in front of the star.
