I took my mom and mother in law out for mothers day. not what I expected at all worst pedicure ever and a waste of money for sure! Dead skin removal is what I was told they specialize in and all of us was unhappy and feel like we hand no pedi! So we will be gping elae where and getting real pedis! Also the owner broke clients confidentiality and really unprofessional!! Also the pictures on this profile is not what the shop looks like it's ran down not as nice as pics seem to be!!

I booked facial hot stone treatment and it was the best, woman spa that was a mazimg place. Great service in very clean space, my appointment was at 10:30 I had car problem so I was 10 minutes late they were so nice and understanding they gave me 5 minutes education about my service then after the wonderful hot stone facial I got home care paper to how to take care off my skin at home and what product to use that works with my skin. Absolutely going back, I love it

Booked a massage and a facial. This place was filthy! Every linen was stained and covered with hair. Every corner needed to be swept. Each surface was covered with clutter. I was super uncomfortable in the small rooms and was unable to relax. They were out of almost everything and everything only worked part-way. The music kept catching, the sauna was only medium warm and I couldn't even work up a sweat, the paraffin wax was low and we couldn't get it to cover my hands entirely, while giving me a facial a HAIR from the linens got stuck on my lip. The girl helping me tried hard but this was a huge waste of money. They advertised massage but neither of the girls was a masseuse - they were estheticians only (think annoying light rubbing vs. good massage). I couldn't recommend this place any less. We talked to the owner about our disappointment and instead of reimbursing us she made excuses ("today was our cleaning day, we are short a few girls..." etc.) Very unprofessional and I would never recommend to anyone. Super disappointing. We had saved up to splurge on this spa day and couldn't have been more bummed out. What a terrible spa.
