Robert refinished our hardwood flooring, and he did a beautiful job! It was a night and day difference. He also traveled a reasonable distance to get to our house and still gave us a great price. In fact, I tipped him a little extra for his troubles. He was super nice to work with and did a fantastic job.

Overall, very pleased with the experience. The price was very good compared to other estimates and Robert and Jennifer were punctual in providing the estimate and reviewing wood and pricing options (as well as measuring the area and taking out the old floor). They were able to get me a very good price for the flooring I chose and were never pushy with me - I truly enjoyed meeting them. The only complaint was the timeframe to complete (a few days late). Specifically, their supplier cut the floor order too tight and a small amount of additional flooring had to be sent after the fact (from Colorado I believe) which delayed the completion by a few days (although it did not impact me because I was out of town).

They had to put in 3 staircases, because I have a split staircase from the upstairs to the downstairs. I have had them out four separate occasions, so I think they do exceptional work. I usually request Archie. He is always happy, and super, super neat, you would think that he lived here. Jennifer comes out and does the measurements, and she has a very good design eye. She also does blinds and shutters. She is really good with working to see that you have the right type of wood and the right stain. They are just really good people to work with. They are honest, and throughout the whole project they are in touch with you. They are there throughout everything.
