Trent at R & Z towing is one of the most professional and pleasant people I have worked with!
I was stranded up Parley's canyon in the middle of the night, alone and scared with barely ANY cell reception! I was able to call Trent and he came and rescued me. He was super kind and reassuring, gave me a ride home and didn't act put out at all that it was so late.

My clutch went out on the 215 going to the airport at 730 in the morning from the Provo area. Needless to say I was in a bind because I needed my car brought back to Provo. Called a couple people up and was ready to bite the bullet and pay 190 to 220 bucks. Then I called Trent and his quote was 50 to 30 bucks cheaper than what i had previously been quoted. He was there super fast, drove me down to Provo. Trent is possibly the nicest guy out there. Great guy and awesome service.

Trent answered all my questions within two minutes, the price was at least 40% less than anything I've been quoted before, and my car was delivered to my house from 45 miles originating place in less than 1.5 hours after our conversation on the phone!
