OW...The BEST service ever! If you want honest quality of work then James Cadigan is the guy to ask for. No lie. My family and I are so grateful for all of James hard work. We had a water heater leak. James was able to come out and take a look at it and give us some good options. He was able to install a new one and redo the piping the same day. He was very honest and informative from the beginning to end. What really impressed us the most was how he made sure that things were done carefully and correctly. He didn't take any short cuts. He takes responsibility for his work and truly did the best that he can. He didn't make or leave a mess. End result looks amazing. Again, if you want the best this is it. Excellent customer service. Great morals and ethics. Professional, concise and caring with outstanding results. Thank you so much! From the person who came to give us a quote to the installation, everything went flawless and everyone that I worked with was so kind and courteous. It was a great experience and I would definitely use them again!

The salesman was polite and knowledgeable, on time and the installation plumber was the same. The installation is compact and neat and we are very pleased. We are glad to have pure water after the latest review from Consumer's Report on the generally horrible situation of our water supplies.

I had Superior Water and Air install a wall-mounted AC unit. The technicians, Lee McLaren and Mike Pokozny, were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and worked quickly. The price was $3500, which I felt was fair and below the quotes some other AC service companies offered. I will absolutely hire them again when I look to replace my furnace in a few years.

Lucinda came out to replace the Osmosis filters. She was professional and friendly. She was knowledgeable of her products and the services that Superior Water has.

Thank you Superior Water and Air for keeping me cool and happy in this heatwave! we called, we scheduled, and they came and fixed it and we were back up and running right away and they didn't try to upsell, bait and switch, or anything... they just fixed it! Love this company! I can't say that enough!

Jacob called from Superior Water and Air, to see if he could come a little earlier than I requested, which was great since I didn't have to wait the 3 hour block of time. He was professional, and I appreciated him wearing shoe covers when he came into our home. He cleaned and serviced our air conditioner and furnace, . I used a coupon I received on the mail so the price was reasonable!

Have you ever read The Book of Awesome? James Cadigan was just as awesome as they get. He came to my house early with a professioal fix it attitude that inspired me into believing he could repair my leaking disposal. That he did and more as he explained to me every step of the process. He cemented that puppy in so well that I would be surprised to see another single stinky little leak come out. He had this great big smile on his face and mine soon changed too. Wow, I cant say it enough. Martin was able to fix my water purifer and clean out the hoses and silinoid on my refridgerator. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, patient and has great customer service skills.

could not suggest another water company in the valley, we have 2 locations with ro water systems, we called superior to have them install a new system and had greg out the very next business day to install our new system. he was in and out in no time at all, best of all we didnt have to clean up a mess when he left
