The Esaote Brio G-Scan combines a unique Open Tiltable MRI™ technology with state-of-the-art multichannel receiver coils to obtain higher resolution images than most low field strength MRI scanners. Previous medical literature has shown than weight-bearing MRI scanning displays 20%-30% more or larger abnormal findings than a traditional recumbent MRI with the patient lying down.The unique Esaote G-Scan Brio MRI scanner is a dedicated Orthopedic and Spine MRI and uses Open MRI technology and eliminates claustrophobia and metallic artifact of conventional closed tube recumbent MRI scanners known as the “Tube of Terror”.
