      We went for a one hour consultation with Todd A. Marquardt B.A. J.D., he took the time to get to know us. He exhibited a strong ability and willingness to listen to our current family and extended family dynamics regarding Will and Testament situations. Finally, we agreed to have a Living Trust be drawn for our family. During this process he showed a passion to serve us. We also listened to additional information from him on “Talk Law Radio”. This is how we initially made our decision to have our consultation with Marquardt Firm, P.C. We strongly recommend his firm for Business & Estate Law matters.

      Daniel J. Palmer Esq. from the Marquardt Law Firm, P.C. met with us to review and answer all questions regarding our Estate Planning Portfolio which included Last Will and Testament, Statutory Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, Release of Protected Health Information, Directive to Physicians and Family, Assignment of Personal Property, Living Trust, Certificate of Trust for the Living Trust, and Revocable Living Trust Funding Instructions for the Living Trust.
      Daniel J. Palmer Esq. has great communication skills. He made sure we comprehended the important items in each of the nine sections mentioned above. He took time to explain certain details, provided real life experiences and the future ramifications of decisions. He was a good listener and patient with us. We highly recommend Daniel J.
